Teagan has a passion for ensuring that her clients’ interests are protected. Her attention to detail when preparing matters gives her clients peace of mind in the lead up to their court date. As an advocate, Teagan is well-respected by Magistrates and Judges. She appears in matters including sentence proceedings, defended hearings, bail applications, severity appeals, licence appeals, annulment applications and applications to remove disqualification periods.

As well as managing her own busy Local Court practice and appearing as a solicitor advocate in courts across the state, Teagan instructs some of Australia’s leading criminal barristers in defended hearings, sentences proceedings, bail applications and trials. She works on a range of serious criminal law matters and is known for showcasing extensive legal research skills and an ability to critically analyse complex briefs.

In 2017, 2018 and 2020 Teagan was ranked in the Doyles Guide as a Rising Star in Criminal Law. As one of only 15 lawyers to make the lists, Teagan was identified by senior criminal lawyers and barristers for her skills, knowledge and expertise in criminal law.

In addition to her dedication to advocacy in the court room, Teagan lecturers at various Traffic Offenders Programs across Sydney, participates as a judge in university moot competitions and volunteers her time as an adviser at the Marrickville Legal Centre.
