HIGH COURT APPEAL – CARDINAL GEORGE PELL – PART 2

After two days of arguments from Pell’s lawyers and the Prosecution, the High Court has reserved its decision on whether to grant Cardinal George Pell special leave to appeal against his convictions.

The High Court has also requested further written submissions from the parties, which it will consider before making a decision on a date yet to be determined.
